Information Services again requested the protocols from the CEC, but also a longer deadline for entering the data - 1

"Information Services" has again requested the CEC to provide the protocols of the Constitutional Court on paper and in technical form. This became clear at a meeting of the Electoral Commission today, reports Nova TV.
They also requested an extension of the deadline for entering the recalculated election data provided by the Constitutional Court. They insisted that they be given time until 5:00 p.m. on March 12. However, the Commission decided that the procedure should be completed by 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday.
We recall that at an extraordinary meeting of the CEC on Monday it became clear that “Information Services” could not hand over the database with the re-entered data that was expected. According to the CEC, the reason is that the company had handed over all documents and materials to the Sofia City Prosecutor's Office and therefore could not carry out the assigned actions. With its decision, it obliged “Information Services” to hand over the documents by today.

The Constitutional Court responded with a sharp position to this information, stating that in this way the work of the Constitutional Court in concluding the case challenging the legality of the elections is being hindered.
“Information Services” announced this morning that they had not provided the Sofia City Prosecutor's Office with the protocols sent by the Constitutional Court, nor their copies. The company returned to the CEC all the source documents received by the commission, which were provided by the Constitutional Court. The position also claims that the “Information Service” does not have copies or originals of these protocols.
