The Prosecutor's Office most likely seized flash drives and printouts from the "Information Service". If the state prosecution confiscated something, it is not about all the information. The recalculation can also happen after the intervention of the prosecutor's office, most likely they did not take all their computers. The "Information Service" must answer why they are not recalculating the election result. This was announced on the air of "Your Day" by former constitutional judge Prof. Plamen Kirov.
According to him, there are political parties that know what the Constitutional Court's findings are and the changes stemming from them. "If there is anything unclear or contradictory data, this can be cleared up. If the prosecutor's office acted within its prerogatives to prevent criminal acts, why should there be any talk of interference in the affairs of the CEC and the Constitutional Court? Perhaps it will investigate how ballots from several sections disappeared. They were most likely counted in order to be entered in the protocols of the SIC. Or they may have been drawn up without anyone having voted in the specific sections. Someone must be held accountable, and for this purpose the prosecutor's office should act. However, I do not think this is the time", commented Kirov.
According to him, the prosecutor's office hardly wants to take the initial data from the Constitutional Court, because "Information Service" does not want to count. "The findings of the Constitutional Court are the truth that we must accept for the elections in October. This is the body that can say whether the vote is partially or completely illegal. The Constitutional Court will come up with a decision sooner or later. Its expertise should have been made public. "Obviously there is falsification of the election result," the constitutionalist said.
