After today, it turned out that the questions surrounding the elections are more than they were after the elections. Today I was shocked by the fact that there is no clarity at all on what methodology the sections were zeroed out. Ballots, in addition to securities, are also evidentiary material and there is criminal liability for their misuse. This was stated by Toma Bykov from GERB in the program “From the Day“ on BNT.
I am starting to wonder what is happening with the remaining 2,000 sections and how they were counted, he pointed out.
He specified that the Constitutional Court (CS) is not a real court, but a semi-political body. “What I see is that the CS has not done its job. There should be no rush to publish the data, given that this procedure has not yet been completed“, the politician emphasized.
I have doubts, are we capable of being a democratic state, Toma Bykov asks himself.
„I expect the Constitutional Court to come out and explain on what basis it nullified the election results. All this is in favor of one political force. „Majesty“ is a tool not for those who want a change in the configuration or new elections. They are on the verge of entering parliament. Only those with a decision of the Constitutional Court have access to the data. This is not transparency. How will we see the counting process? Do we know how these protocols were counted?“, he also asks.
„I have the feeling that someone is trying to lower the 4% barrier. Where did the bags disappear?“, continued Bykov.
If there is anything surprising, it is that if the Constitutional Court learned that there were missing protocols, why did it not notify the prosecutor's office. Since there are no ballots, why did they not announce this, but decide to nullify the votes in these sections?, the MP continues to ask.
“For me, the goal is to enter instability again. Apparently there are forces that want Bulgaria to fall off the wagon and not enter the eurozone again“, summarized Bykov.
