The Bulgarian who died in the fall of a bus in Romania was a driver and was traveling alone

Romanian authorities have concluded the search after a minibus fell into the Danube River.

The deceased driver is a Bulgarian citizen and was alone in the vehicle. His passport was found at the scene of the incident.

The minibus collided with a passenger car on a road in Mehedinci county in western Romania yesterday and fell from a height into the river.

After a search by divers, his passport was found, bTV reports.

Romanian authorities are not officially announcing his name before the deceased's relatives are notified.
