I will categorically not accept the accommodation of people from the ghetto in the "Zaharna Fabrika" in our area! It is extremely uncollegial and unprofessional to solve a problem somewhere by creating one in another place with arbitrary actions without coordination and agreement with either the Sofia Municipality or me as mayor. This was stated by the mayor of the "Lyulin" district, Georgi Todorov, on Facebook.
"I insist that the mayor of the Sofia Municipality - Mr. Terziev, and the relevant deputy mayor - Ms. Bacheva, not allow the accommodation of these people in the temporary accommodation center in block 464, which does not have the necessary capacity and conditions! I have categorical support, both from the citizens of the neighborhood and from the residents of the center themselves!", added Georgi Todorov.
He indicated that the citizens of the neighborhood are preparing a protest.
We recall that the district mayor of "Kremikovtsi" Liliya Donkova also reacted quickly. She and the citizens categorically declared themselves against sending the Roma from the illegal buildings from "Ilinden" to the "Kremikovtsi" district.
