The price offers of the companies that have expressed a desire to renovate 19 of those approved under the Recovery and Sustainability Plan (RPV) residential buildings in Burgas, were opened in the meeting hall of the municipality today in the presence of the house managers. More than 60 companies have expressed interest, with between two and three bids submitted for each block.
The public contracts for 11 of the residential buildings have been completed, and the execution contracts are expected to be signed, representatives of the municipal administration indicated, BTA clarifies. With today's opening of price offers, the third stage of the public procurement for the remaining 19 residential buildings ends. We remind you that 30 panel blocks have been approved under the first stage of the PVA, which received 100 percent financing.
A special commission is to compare the prices and technical designs of the latest bids. This is expected to happen before the holidays, the municipality assured. From there, they pointed out that the majority of the agreements with the regional ministry for the financing of the projects have already been signed. The others will be signed by the end of the year.
The actual work on the implementation of energy efficiency measures in Burgas should begin in the spring of 2025.
