Public procurement to open a procedure for selecting a contractor for the eight multi-family residential buildings approved under the procedure for support for sustainable energy renovation, announced the Municipality of Kardzhali. This is stated in the Information System for Management and Monitoring of EU Funds in Bulgaria 2020 (MIS 2020).
For each of the blocks, there is a separate announced public procurement, which states that it is related to the implementation of an investment, the introduction of energy efficiency measures, a Financing Agreement for the provision of funds to final recipients from the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism. The task is to prepare a technical project, carry out construction and installation works and provide author's supervision, BTA specifies.
Under the procedure "Support for Sustainable Energy Renovation of the Residential Building Stock – Stage I" from Kardzhali region, just over 40 projects were submitted for the same number of multi-family residential buildings from 5 municipalities in the region: Ardino, Djebel, Krumovgrad, Momchilgrad and Kardzhali. Only 8 projects were approved in December 2023, only on the territory of Kardzhali municipality. These are blocks with numbers: 29, 39, 42, 45, 55 and 56 in the "Vazrozhdentsi" quarter, as well as the "Yavor" block and the "Hr. Smirnenski" block. The amount approved for them was 13,177,789 leva.
The deadline for submitting bids by contractor companies is May 8, and the bids themselves will be opened on May 9, according to the documentation published in the MIS 2020.
