The plan of the company Рахіѕ is for the city to have an area of 40 sq. km. and in its first stage of construction it will consist of 250-1000 homes. An environment will be created that will help accelerate technological research and offer excellent working conditions. In the next stage, the city will expand based on a design by the world-famous architect Zaha Hadid.
