In recent years, the housing market in Plovdiv has been developing more than rapidly. This has led to a significant increase in prices. According to brokers, the growth trend will continue in the current year. It will be about 5%. The two main factors that will push housing prices up will be strong demand and the development of industrial zones around Plovdiv. The latter, however, is related to the development of the country's economy and Europe. There are many foreign companies that have production facilities in the area. However, some of them closed last year and hundreds of workers were left on the streets. They have not yet been employed by new companies.
