The original of the Panagyurishte golden treasure is returning to Panagyurishte, NOVA reported.
All residents and guests of the city will be able to see it until September 10 in the Historical Museum.
It will be exhibited in the special hall-treasury, which meets the highest world requirements for museum space. The Panagyur treasure was discovered in 1949 and consists of 9 gold objects with a total weight of just over 6 kilograms. The treasure is believed to be from the end of the fourth and beginning of the third century BC.
