The eternal heavy metal legend Ozzy Osbourne returns with a new single on Friday, January 17th, blabbermouth.net reported, citing SiriusXM host Mark Strigell.
The song is called "Gods Of Rock N Roll", and it also features Billy Morrison.
The song is a re-recorded version of the 2015 recording - part of Morrison's second album “God Shaped Hole“. Billy released his first solo album, "Stimulator", in 2008.
It features a 61-piece orchestra and choir, and features longtime Billy Idol guitarist Steve Stevens.
Ozzy previously appeared on Morrison's third solo album and first since 2015, "The Morrison Project", which was released in April 2024.

For his latest album, he created 12 songs, featuring guest appearances by Billy Idol, DMC, Al Jorgensen, Steve Vai, Linda Perry, and more.
The second single from the album “The Morrison Project“, “Crack Cocaine“, was the first new song with vocals by Ozzy since its release in 2022. on his hit album "Patient Number 9", which earned him two Grammy Awards ("Best Rock Album", "Best Metal Performance").
In an interview with Rolling Stone, Osbourne said of Morrison: "Billy Morrison is a very good old friend of mine and he's helped me out a lot over the years".
When asked what he and Morrison have in common musically, Osbourne laughed and said: "Well, we're both fucking crazy."
