The director appointed by Vasil Terziev turned the garbage plant into a secret site, where not even the municipal councilors are allowed. In the last case, when municipal councilors wanted to visit the site, they were brought into the canteen... However, how strictly guarded and secretive this garbage plant is, as soon as people's corpses start to surface, so suddenly... Who knows anymore what will emerge!
