This is how the White House chief's aide responded to the words of US Secretary of State Marco Rubio that the United States may withdraw from the negotiation process to resolve the Ukrainian crisis.
"His words were harsh, but they had to be because we are tired of what is happening. "There are many other problems in the world that America needs to be involved in," Kellogg said.
