Bare mathematics does not mean democracy!

On February 20, the famous mathematician Prof. M. Konstantinov stated that the Constitutional Court cannot make a decision on the case with "Velicie", which "will shake the political system".

He did this on Channel 1 of the national television as one of the leading election experts in Bulgaria over the past 35 years. To be more convincing and accurate, the professor commented even more in depth.

‚,This decision (on the appeal of the PP "Velicie") challenging the results of the last parliamentary elections is on the one hand based on the established facts, and on the other hand is a political decision. Let it be clear to everyone that the Constitutional Court cannot make a decision that will shake the political system. This is categorical. Even if there is evidence. I say the following: The Constitutional Court is the highest and most responsible body that controls the election result. The Constitutional Court will make the right decision, based on the law and the political situation in the country. There will be no changes in the election result. And that is correct“

If I were in a direct conversation with the esteemed Prof. Konstantinov, I would tell him – Prof. Konstantinov, you are one of the very few people in Bulgaria who, over the past 35 years, has held such an important position for the national elections. You have been one of the most financially secure experts, i.e. without problems in your life. If you follow your life in detail, you will notice an orderly, consistently secured and promoted person in terms of personnel, who for 35 years has not missed a single day in vain. It is impossible for a person like you, who was launched so precisely, not to realize the path that the state has provided for him.

She provided a perspective with trust and relied on your actions with precision. The small reference shows that you are unique as a mathematician too!

- You have been a member of the Central Election Commission for 20 years – 1991-2011, and from 2003-2011 you were also Deputy Chairman of the CEC.

- During the period 2012 – 2013 you were a member and Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Information Services“ AD.

- During the period January 2015 to April 2021 you were again Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Information Services“ AD, and subsequently its member.

- In a word, for 28 years you have been participating in the country's elections, influencing the final decisions and designing the results.

Prof. Konstantinov, your statement regarding the PP "Velichye" and participation in the last elections on Channel 1 of BNT interested many people about the style and real democracy in Bulgaria. With these clarifications of yours, predicted as a prophet, you eliminated the new democratic principles in Bulgaria in just a few words! Why? Because you are free, because you are independent or because you believe that the Bulgarian Constitutional Court is a dependent body?

Do you have any idea what you even specified under the term "political system"? You want to tell us unenlightened people, you must perceive us that everything in the "political system" is secured, coordinated, accepted and absolutely unchangeable!

Since you are sure that "The Constitutional Court cannot make a decision that would shake the political system", then you are proving to us that the highest Bulgarian court is subordinate to someone?! Who is this someone? These are one or several party members who, through an artificially created and designed system, manage the processes in the state in a mysterious way. Does this characteristic apply as a definition or does your prophetic talent describe to us the other meaning of our self-deception?

We want to discover the other truth!

And it is – PP "Velicie“ participated in the elections for the national parliament and the CEC and "Information Service“ AD confirmed a false result of 3.999%. This huge state lie was questioned and the inspection, which has been going on for four months, proves the opposite.

On 02.02.2025, I proposed to the President of the Constitutional Court that, together with the announcement of the result of the PP "Velicie", the court make another decision! It is related to an inspection of all the remaining sections in Bulgaria, and there are over 10,000 of them. So in a year we will prove your theory that there is some kind of "political system" in Bulgaria that knows the result of the elections in advance. Can you imagine what kind of mathematics we will be talking about then and what manipulated democracy in the Republic of Bulgaria?

So, some people are becoming convinced that the elections in the country are being purposefully falsified, and your mathematics is a huge lie! Our state spent 720 million over the last 4 years on elections and received a forged certificate, which the highest court in our country cannot dispute, according to you!




Dear Prof. Konstantinov,

I am convinced that you need to refine your knowledge on the problem raised, otherwise we will all remain in the mystery, who distributes the state administration, parliamentary practice, legislation and the function of the state?

I believe that you need to decisively change your assessment of the Constitutional Court if you want to prove that there is order, law and justice in Bulgaria. The decision of the Constitutional Court on the entry of the PP “Majesty“ into parliament will be the height of accuracy and statesmanship in our country. You understand, right, that you may be pushing Bulgaria towards a severe crisis! Do you realize that you are causing the biggest problem in 35 years in politics? You are considering the fact that with this huge election lie tomorrow Bulgaria will fall into total chaos!

Let us ensure the preponderance and power of truth, and not of applied mathematics, changed at the discretion of 2 or 3 people in the state. Otherwise, soon, during a severe internal political struggle, someone will shout - THE BARE MATHEMATICS of the Central Election Commission does not mean democracy!

As Bulgarians with a long-standing 1,350-year-old state, we are determined and convinced to actually get to the end of this problem, and not to interpret prophetic attitudes and assessments! Let the Constitutional Court prove the lie and the PP “Majesty“ take their worthy places in the Bulgarian 51st parliament.
