I wonder about the Constitutional Court (CC), because this is not a judicial investigation, this is not a closed case. These are things that affect everyone, each and every one of us, and the recount was to see and be able to assess to what extent this is being fought with bought votes, with the hidden corporate vote and so on. For me, the Constitutional Court has a hand in creating this chaos. First, there are lawyers, legal advisors in the Constitutional Court, but we figuratively call them judges. This matter is simply not theirs, they don't understand it, they are not prepared, they enter things on the fly to understand what it is about. Ultimately, they have to make a decision, they organize things. Even the organization itself, in my opinion, was not good either. What is most annoying at the moment is that the Constitutional Court quite openly and unapologetically stated that they were not giving them the two-month period given to them by the Electoral Code, but they did not comply and acted as they wanted. So there were several such points that created chaos, because they had to come up with a decision within these two months and tell the CEC what to do. This was announced to Lili Marinkova in the studio “FACTI“ and the show “Conversation“ by Prof. Krasimir Kalinov - statistician, election expert and former member of the CEC, who announced that there were empty bags during the recount.
“For example, to quickly discard those sections that were irregular, and from then on to work only with those in which some deviations were found. So far, things would have been fine. This is on the one hand. On the other hand, I personally think that the CEC showed a bit of hesitant, cowardly behavior and somehow could not properly navigate the situation. It is very surprising to me that the “Information Service“ is asking for a new deadline for the calculation, because in reality they should have been ready. They should have given the results by that time, because I don't think that the work they were assigned is so voluminous that they need a week or two. In other words, there are some things here that are not exactly as they are presented to us. I would not be surprised if the Constitutional Court invalidates the entire election.
