In a statement on his Telegram channel, Dmitry Medvedev, deputy chairman of the Russian Security Council, expressed his categorical views on Europe's attitude towards Russia. He specifically pointed to the attack against Robert Fizzo as an excellent example of what he perceives as European Russophobia, reports Focus.
He sharply criticized and described the attempt on Fico as the embodiment of a Europe that is not only Russophobic, but also ready to sacrifice its own citizens, which he calls "selfish American policy".
Medvedev described those who support such actions as outcasts and accused them of irrationality and excessive hostility towards Russia.
In his words, this behavior demonstrates a Europe that has lost its way, prioritizing antagonism towards Russia over the well-being of its own people.
Medvedev's comments reflect ongoing tensions and highlight deep divisions in international politics.
