Russia is not bluffing when it talks about the possibility of using tactical nuclear weapons against Ukraine. This was stated by the high-ranking Russian security official Dmitry Medvedev, quoted by "Reuters" and News.bg.
He again warned that Moscow's conflict with the West could escalate into all-out war.
In "Telegram" Medvedev pointed out that Moscow's conflict with the West is developing according to the worst-case scenario and "no one can rule out its escalation to the final stage".
His comments came after four US officials revealed yesterday that US President Joe Biden had quietly authorized Kiev to use Washington-supplied weapons for military purposes in Russia, which are supporting an offensive against the city of Kharkiv in northeastern Ukraine.
