The head of the State Security, Dmitry Kuchuberia, called what happened outside the department's doors “mass disturbances”. According to him, there are cases of use of force against employees of the department.

On Monday, the Parliament of Abkhazia adopted a draft for the construction of multifunctional complexes, which directly affects the implementation of the agreement with Moscow on the investment activity of Russian legal entities in the republic.

Deputies, however, decided before that to adopt a law that would regulate the construction of multifunctional complexes, which are provided for in the investment agreement.

The question of the ratification of the agreement “On the investment activity of Russian legal entities in the Republic of Abkhazia“ is expected to be considered by the Parliament of Abkhazia on November 15.
