On Friday morning, many users complained about a crash in the telecom's mobile network - weak mobile internet and the inability to make calls. There are comments that the connection is restored for short periods, but then it drops again.
"We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and are working as a priority to resolve the problem and restore services as quickly as possible", Vivacom also stated.
"The reason for this is a software update of the mobile network carried out by our provider. As a result, Vivacom users may still experience difficulties with voice calls and data services.
Telecom teams are working on the issue to "restore normal network operation as quickly as possible."
