The Minister of Defense of Albania Piro Vengu today gave a positive assessment of the Albanian unit that successfully fulfilled its mission in the international exercise "Urban Operations 24" ;, which took place at the Novo Selo military training ground in Bulgaria, was broadcast specially for BTA by the ATA agency.
„During this exercise at the Novo Selo training ground, our forces demonstrated great operational skills in close cooperation with NATO allies. Our servicemen showed high professionalism as part of the front battle group of the ground troops in Bulgaria”, wrote Piro Vengu.
Minister Vengu hailed this achievement as proof of continued investment in Albanian military capabilities. “This success is a testament to the continued investment in military capabilities aimed at the most successful missions not only within but also beyond our borders. The high level of training of our personnel is at the heart of our commitment to peace and stability in the region and beyond," Vengu stressed.
The “Urban Operations 24“ was intended to prepare forces for complex operations in an urban environment by enhancing interaction and coordination among NATO allies.
