President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky tasked the country's military-industrial complex (MIC) with producing at least 3,000 cruise missiles and unmanned missiles, as well as 30,000 long-range drones by 2025. He announced this in a speech before the Verkhovna Rada, during the presentation of the so-called Ukraine's sustainability plan, reports "Ukrainska Pravda", quoted by Focus.
„Next year, Ukraine plans to produce at least 30,000 long-range unmanned aerial vehicles. As for our missile program – many people, especially Russians, already know our Ukrainian “Neptune“. But we also created “Neptune“ with even greater reach. Their very name speaks of the tasks they perform. "We already have first impressions," Zelensky hinted.
According to him, there are currently four types of missiles in Ukraine's missile program that are undergoing tests.
