Israeli armed forces bombed buildings again in the suburbs of the Lebanese capital Beirut, DPA reported, quoted by BTA and added that the agency's reporter on the ground reported at least eight strong explosions.

The airstrikes followed several calls by the Israeli military for the evacuation of residents of the suburb of Dahiya. There is currently no information on possible damage or casualties.

Despite new efforts to achieve a ceasefire in Lebanon, armed clashes between the pro-Iranian military group “Hezbollah” and the Israeli armed forces have escalated in recent days, DPA notes.

The Shiite military group fired about 240 rockets at targets in Israel. Fierce fighting broke out in southern Lebanon around the town of Hiam, and the Israeli air force stepped up its attacks over the weekend.

According to the Israeli rescue services, at least six people were injured. In the city of Petah Tikva, located east of Tel Aviv, there was material damage.

According to the latest data from the Ministry of Health, about 84 people died and 213 were injured in yesterday's Israeli strikes on Lebanon.

„Hezbollah“ has been firing rockets at Israel since the start of the Gaza war more than a year ago. Israel responds with massive airstrikes and a ground offensive in southern Lebanon.
