Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said Tehran is open to sending troops to Syria to help President Bashar al-Assad's forces Assad after the major offensive of the rebels, DPA reported.
"If the Syrian government asks Iran to send troops to Syria, we will consider the request," he told the Arabic-language TV channel "Al Arabi" ("Al Araby").
