Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky sharply criticized Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán after his phone conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin, in which the two discussed the war in Ukraine, reports BTA.
The Kremlin said that Putin expressed the view that Kiev's policy continues to exclude the possibility of a peaceful settlement of the conflict, which has ignited new tensions between Ukraine and Hungary.
Zelensky: “No one should make a personal image at the expense of unity“
In response to this discussion, Zelensky published a message on the social network "X" in which he condemned Orbán's actions, stressing that there can be no talks about the war that Russia is waging against Ukraine without being included Ukraine.
„No one should make a personal image at the expense of unity. There can be no discussions about the war that Russia is waging against Ukraine without Ukraine”, Zelensky said.
