According to information from the Investigative Committee of Russia, on the morning of December 17 on “Ryazansky Prospekt“ in Moscow, an explosive device was used, hidden in a scooter placed near the entrance to the building. In his condolence telegram, Medvedev emphasized that such actions of the “Bandera Nazis“ would be answered and the top military-political leadership of Ukraine would receive deserved retribution.
