Ukrainian drones attacked the Russian city of Kazan this morning. The attack targeted an industrial enterprise, as well as residential areas. There were no casualties or injuries, the press service of the governor of Tatarstan reported. The city's mayor's office reported that residential buildings had been attacked and fires had broken out in several areas of the city. Evacuation is underway. The head of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, arrived at the scene of the incident. Temporary flight restrictions have been introduced at the Kazan airport. Kazan Mayor Ilsur Metshin ordered that evacuated residents be accommodated and provided with warm clothes and food.
