Three people died and four were injured after a bus carrying foreign citizens fell into a lake in Norway, near the Raftsunden Strait, which separates the Lofoten and Vesterød archipelagos, quoted by BTA.
According to police, the bus was carrying about 58 people and the accident occurred at around 1:30 p.m. local time (2:30 p.m. Bulgarian time) on the country's northwest coast.
Three of the injured were taken by helicopter to hospital, while the remaining passengers were accommodated in a nearby school. Local authorities sent fire engines, ambulances and police teams to the scene to deal with the consequences of the accident. At the same time, it was difficult to operate at the scene of the accident, as there was heavy snowfall and winds in the area.
