It was also extremely cold last night in the eastern province of Ardahan, where temperatures dropped to minus 26 degrees in many places, and in the city of Göle - to minus 31 degrees. In the province of Ağrı, the thermometer read minus 21 degrees. Rivers in the region have frozen. In Kars, temperatures dropped to minus 18 degrees Celsius.
