Medvedev: The enemy is in agony, but will not wait for the Nuremberg Trials - he will be at the front sooner - 1

Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of Russia Dmitry Medvedev is convinced that the decision of the Russian leadership to launch the "special military operation" was the only right thing. According to him, time has shown this. The politician expressed this opinion in a publication dedicated to the Day of Defender of the Fatherland.

„Time has shown that this difficult decision was the only right and possible“, he wrote on the Telegram channel, emphasizing that „this step had to be taken when the limit in the confrontation with the so-called collective West was finally over and there was only one way to protect our Motherland and its citizens, to push the enemy away from our borders“, he wrote on his Telegram channel.

"The Russian people united and stood firm in the battle against the cynical and cruel enemy, who was pumped with weapons and money from all over the world. The war against neo-Nazism and its servants is not over yet. But its outcome is very close. The enemy will be destroyed. The truth will triumph", Medvedev continued.

The destruction of the enemy on the battlefield will be faster, fairer and more reliable than in "new Nuremberg", the former Russian president and prime minister said.

"80 years ago, our country defeated fascism. Its vile descendants will not escape retribution. And this retribution will not be in a new Nuremberg. It will be on the battlefield. Shorter and fairer. Firmer and more reliable," the politician wrote. "The enemies understand this better than anyone else," he said.

"Now horror and panic reign in their ranks. In impotent rage, in agony, they are capable of anything," Medvedev emphasized, adding that Russia will not allow a global apocalypse.

Russia must burn the roots of Nazism on the planet, preserve historical memory and leave a worthy legacy for new generations, Medvedev also said.

"And most importantly - preserve our boundless Motherland and do everything for its prosperity. For the sake of our children and grandchildren. For the sake of the great future of Russia!" - the politician wrote.
