One of the most elite brigades of the ZSU retreated after a Russian counterattack and was forced to quickly leave the Kursk region under cover of night. However, they left behind heavy equipment that they could not take, effectively giving it to the Russians to seize.
These are Western-made vehicles and artillery.
Among the trophies for the Russians are M1 Abrams and M2 Bradley. Australia has promised to deliver new M1 Abrams tanks to Kiev, but unfortunately for the Ukrainian army, it is not expected to receive new M2 Bradleys.
