Lithuanian Foreign Minister Kestutis Budris arrived in Kiev today, the „Ukrinform“ agency reported, quoted by BTA.
In a post on the „Ex“ platform, Budris said he was in „free Kiev“ to emphasize „Lithuania's unwavering support for the courageous Ukrainian nation“. "We will continue to stand shoulder to shoulder with you in your fight for freedom and sovereignty," he added.
The Lithuanian minister also stressed that his country supports "a strong, stable and prosperous Ukraine in the EU."
Budris' visit coincides with the third anniversary of the liberation of Bucha, with speakers and deputy speakers of parliaments from various European countries also arriving in Ukraine, Ukrinform recalls.
