The ongoing attacks by the Russian army on energy facilities in Ukraine show that Russian President Vladimir Putin is not even interested in ensuring the partial ceasefire agreement reached with the help of the United States. This was stated by Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky in his Telegram post.
"Russian airstrikes also continue - only against our Sumy region, and between yesterday and this morning alone, the Russians used almost 50 guided air bombs," he reported.
"Such a systematic and constant nature of the Russian strikes clearly shows that Moscow despises the diplomatic efforts of its partners. "Putin does not want to ensure even a partial ceasefire," Zelensky was categorical.
The Ukrainian president called for "new and tangible" pressure on Moscow, stressing the importance of acting "as soon as possible" to "put this war on a course to end".
