At least 38 Palestinians have been killed since Friday evening in airstrikes and shelling by the Israeli army in the Gaza Strip, Qatari television channel Al Jazeera reported.
According to doctors at Al-Ahli Hospital in Gaza City, quoted by the television channel, the medical facility has no room left to treat victims of the latest attacks.
On March 18, the Israeli army renewed military operations in the Gaza Strip, launching massive attacks on the enclave, breaking the ceasefire established in January. The office of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu explained this by the rejection of the radical Palestinian movement Hamas by the proposals made at the negotiations by the mediators and the special envoy of the US President, Stephen Witkoff, stating that the goal of the operation in the sector is the release of all hostages.
The radicals accused Israel and the US of the renewal of hostilities.
