France has accused the Russian military intelligence (GRU) of a series of cyberattacks, Reuters reports.
According to the French Foreign Ministry, the attacks carried out against ministries, defense companies and think tanks are aimed at destabilizing the country.
The ministry said that attacks of this type have been used to compromise a dozen French entities since 2021.
The West has repeatedly accused Russia of cyberattacks. For the first time, France has directly accused Russia, citing intelligence data.
