Analysts have found out which car owners were the most loyal to their brand in 2024 in Europe. For this purpose, 23 thousand car owners were surveyed.
The winner of this interesting loyalty rating was Toyota - the number one car manufacturer in terms of sales volume. It turned out that 75.8% of current Toyota car owners intend to buy a car from this Japanese brand again: Owners like the high level of reliability.
Tesla is in second place: over 70% of owners of these electric vehicles admitted that they would buy a car from this brand again. They point to numerous innovations and environmental protection as the main reasons for such high loyalty. In third place was Toyota's premium brand - Lexus.
They especially emphasized the high level of safety of their cars. Next in the ranking are Subaru and Kia cars, whose owners really like the excellent price-quality ratio. Only in sixth place is Porsche, which previously was constantly in the top three of such ratings.
The main outsiders among European car owners are the Spanish brands Seat and Cupra: 73.5% of current owners say they would never buy another car from these brands. Mitsubishi is also at the bottom of the ranking.
