The International Exhibition for Viticulture and Enology Vinaria 2025 will bring together leading producers, innovators and experts between February 18 and 22, 2025 at the Plovdiv International Fair. The 32nd edition of the forum promises an impressive participation of boutique wineries, new wine projects and traditional producers. They will present selected selections of wines and collections of high-quality beverages.
In recent years, boutique wineries have established themselves as a significant factor in the industry. They combine manual labor, passion and innovation to offer authentic wines with a pronounced character. Within the framework of Vinaria 2025, these small but remarkable producers will show limited editions of wines, produced with attention to every detail - from the selection of vineyards to bottling. A strong presence of established Bulgarian wineries is expected, which grow local varieties such as Mavrud, Rubin, Shiroka Melnika vine, but also experiment with rare, revived varieties for our country.
Also, winemakers from Italy, Greece, Spain will premiere their best selections at the Plovdiv Fair. Visitors will have the opportunity to taste wines from organic grapes, natural fruit collections and innovative blends, which are increasingly gaining popularity among connoisseurs.
For the first time in our country, an Italian producer will present 100% orange wine, which has conquered Mediterranean connoisseurs. Master classes, tastings of award-winning products and presentations of premium wines and high-alcohol beverages will be held within the framework of the forum. Among the most anticipated moments of the exhibition will be the International Tastings and the “Golden Rhyton“ Competition for the best wines and spirits.
This year too, the “City of Wine and Delicacies“ in Hall 8 will offer visitors an unforgettable wine experience, complemented by exquisite gourmet delights. Combining tradition, innovation and passion for wine, Vinaria 2025 promises to be the event that will set the trends for the coming year.
