Microsoft Corporation closed its branches and separate divisions in 13 Russian cities at the beginning of the current year, according to the reports of one of the Russian companies.
We are talking about eight branches - in St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Kazan, Krasnodar, Nizhny Novgorod, Novosibirsk, Rostov-on-Don and Samara and 5 divisions - in Moscow, Vladivostok, Voronezh, Krasnoyarsk and Yaroslavl. The reasons for this are unknown.
The main Russian subsidiary of Microsoft (LLC "Microsoft Rus") showed, according to the Federal Tax Service, 174.1 million rubles of net profit for 2024, compared to 125.3 million in 2023 (+ 38.9%).
