A special campaign is being developed to attract French tourists. “In the new digital advertisement, we will present the opportunities for natural, cultural-historical, rural, wine and adventure tourism in our country, along with the advantages of our four-season tourism product“, said Minister Borsosh.
“The French love Bulgaria, but they do not know it well“, noted Ambassador Meyer and encouraged the creation of a comprehensive marketing strategy aimed specifically at the French market.
Minister Borsosh invited the ambassador to be a guest at the upcoming Ninth Global Wine Tourism Conference in Plovdiv and drew attention to the potential of our country and the aspiration to position Bulgaria as a global destination for wine and gastronomic tourism. “We expect experts in the field from France as a significant destination in this niche segment“, he also said.
For his part, Ambassador Meyer invited Minister Borsosh to participate in a special initiative aimed at promoting Bulgaria as a destination for tourism, business and investment. “Bulgarian Day in Paris“ will take place on June 19, 2025 and is organized by the embassies of the two countries in partnership with the Bulgaria Wants You platform.
