At what intersection is the DPS… Who will play what role and how will the party appear in the elections… Independent MP Husni Adem from the DPS group (without Peevski) spoke to FAKTI

- Mr. Adem, the brand “DPS“ went to Delyan Peevski. How did this happen?
- The brand “DPS“ it cannot be confiscated or go to someone because the brand “DPS“ is by Ahmed Dogan. He is the creator of this brand, and he is in the hearts of all members and supporters. As early as July 10, Ahmed Dogan said there were attempts at an intra-party coup. In this ugly political act to take away the brand from the creator, unfortunately, unprincipled tricks were applied without following rules and procedures. And even more regrettable, independent bodies were used in the implementation of these unprincipled schemes.

- Has the DPS been taken over?
- DPS cannot be taken over and voters will have the opportunity to vote for DPS on October 27th in this early parliamentary election. There is no way to take away the loyalty of members and sympathizers to the common principles, goals and ideals voluntarily accepted and adhered to in solidarity and exactness, according to the general contract they declared they would uphold – the party's program and statutes already upon membership. The collective body of DPS has enough strong structures and loyal members and takeover is impossible.

- How will you be recognizable to the people around Ahmed Dogan, with what?
- Ahmed Dogan is the most influential political figure in Bulgaria and Europe since the fall of the communist regime until today. He and the people around him will be recognizable with his authentic and principled presence, with the national appeal "Bulgaria without Peevski", which blocked the country's political system and prevented the creation of a regular cabinet for the sake of personal survival. Ahmed Dogan's authentic DPS has always been a predictable, correct and above all recognizable partner with its Euro-Atlantic values.

- Will we see Ahmed Dogan on election posters, will he return to operational politics?
- Of course, we have already stated this more than once and all supporters want it. Everywhere Honorary Chairman Ahmed Dogan has been nominated and is an active participant in the operational work of the party.

- How do you view the work of the independent institutions CEC and VAS at the moment...
- Institutions act according to their statutory powers. A tension emerges in public speaking, which interprets their actions in the public space. A bias that propagandistically layers tension is allowed. Traditionally, the DPS does not comment on court decisions, but the fact is, however, that a gross assault was committed by Peevski. The most irritating is the silence of certain parties and institutions.

- Who will arrange the sheets and how. Will we see an appeal there as well…
- The arrangement of the lists is a commitment of the legitimate and authorized structures, with the honorary chairman having the last word after consultations. The inclusion of persons and their serial number is a matter of transparent communication within the party, of trust in the qualities of the nominated candidates. Nomination and consultation procedures are currently underway to approve the lists from across the country, and the Honorary Chairman Dr. Ahmed Dogan will personally approve the lists of each multi-member district.

- How then should we believe in the elections and their results?
- Belief in public results is guaranteed by control over the process carried out by legitimate persons/institutions and in legitimate ways/methods, as well as by timely and faithful announcement of results of performed control. The pressure that was exerted on the CEC and VAS leads us to think that Peevski will do everything possible to buy the elections.
