Deputies gather again to make a third attempt to elect a president.

The election is key for the parliament to function, for the parliamentary groups to be formed and for the president to convene consultations to form a regular government. They are followed by the handing over of exploratory mandates.
This entire process is currently blocked. In the continuation of the session on Wednesday, the same happened as on Monday. The same five nominations for chairpersons were put forward. There followed a runoff between the nominees of the first two political forces - Raya Nazaryan and Andrey Tsekov, and the two again did not receive the necessary support.
