Today the Head of State Rumen Radev will award the President's Medal of Honor to General O.Z. Zlatan Stoykov and Colonel-General o.z. Tsvetan Totomirov for their significant contribution to the development and strengthening of the Armed Forces and the national security of the Republic of Bulgaria, dariknews.bg reported.
