With a normally functioning parliament with an elected president, the home book can be filled, he also reminded.
Balabanov added that they are refusing a meeting of the BSP because they have already talked several times "on the same topic" - for the chairman of the National Assembly.
"I increasingly doubt that the BSP is falling into deep dependence, blocking the election of the chairman. I continue to refrain from saying it directly, but everyone in the public space is talking about Mr. Peevski having some pretty serious influence there."
