BSP is not holding talks about a government, they are being held between the first and second political forces. This was stated to BNT by the co-chairman of the PG of "BSP - United Left" Borislav Gutsanov.
"And we from the BSP cannot participate in political cabinets. We have said it very clearly. We can participate in an expert cabinet, in a transitional cabinet," Gutsanov emphasized.
"There is no way that BSP can have a coalition government with GERB. We also have a decision from Congress on this topic
But to form an expert, transitional cabinet that would save the country from this spiral of elections within elections is another topic," said Borislav Gutsanov, co-chair of the PG of "BSP - United Left".
He recalled that their priorities in such an expert cabinet would be social policy, healthcare and energy.
The co-chair of the PG of "BSP - United Left" commented on the opinion of analysts that someone is deliberately trying to sabotage the formation of a government.
"It is strange how many immunity requests were made in an infinitely short period of time. It is as if someone wants to undermine such conversations about what are the important priorities for the development of our country," said Gutsanov.
