Along the Black Sea coast there will be significant cloudiness before noon, and in the afternoon it will be mostly sunny. There will be a light west-northwest wind. Maximum temperatures will be between 9° and 11°. Sea water temperature is 8°-9°. Sea waves will be 2-3 points.
In the mountains it will be significantly cloudy and in some places, mainly before noon, light snow will fall. In the afternoon, the cloudiness will begin to break up and decrease. The wind will be moderate to strong from the northwest. The maximum temperature at an altitude of 1200 meters will be about 4°, at 2000 meters - about minus 2°.
