"On Monday, we adopted the government's management program. Its implementation is already underway. One of the important topics that we set as an ambitious goal and task is the clarification of the Bulgarian economy - both on the basis of the analyses carried out and the experience gained, and on the basis of the findings of the employers' organizations from last year", stated Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov at the beginning of the government meeting, a reporter for "Focus" reported.
According to him, the policy in the field of dealing with the adverse impact of the shadow economy is at a standstill.
" The commitment of the revenue agencies is extremely high, this is important not only for the revenues in the budget, but also for the protection of the labor insurance rights of citizens and increasing the competitiveness of the Bulgarian economy, in this sense the National Revenue Agency and the "Customs" Agency will be at the level they need to be to fulfill the tasks," the Prime Minister added.
Zhelyazkov addressed Finance Minister Temenuzhka Petkova and Regional Minister Ivan Ivanov and set the task of connecting the systems of the National Revenue Agency and the Customs Agency and accessing the cameras of the RIA.
"The goal is greater and more effective control over deliveries in real time. We have the necessary technological infrastructure and it is high time that it is used for the purposes of Bulgarian society," he added.
