I am an enemy of self-flagellation, Georgiev said about the UNESCO case. He accused former Culture Minister Naiden Todorov of amateurism and deliberate actions. According to him, Naiden Todorov lied about the organization of the event. In addition, the former Culture Minister did not give an estimate of how much the UNESCO session would cost us.
