According to the decision of the Constitutional Court, the party “Velichie“ enters parliament. They manage to jump the barrier thanks to about 100 votes.
In front of bTV, the leader of the formation Ivelin Mihaylov did not hide that he was pleased, but explained that he was also waiting for the final decision of the CEC.
“We live in Bulgaria and there is always a possibility of twists and turns. We see Gundy in the last seconds, as became a famous phrase. Justice should prevail in the end and we don't enter with just 107 votes, we have more. But this decision is also some kind of partial justice and in some way justice returns. People see that at least one institution in Bulgaria is working - the Constitutional Court,“ said Ivelin Mihaylov.
After the Constitutional Court's decision, it became clear that “Majesty“ enters parliament with 107 votes above the barrier.
The four percent of the actual votes obtained from voting in the country and abroad, excluding the “I do not support anyone“ votes, established after the recount, are 97,390.44.
