If you have drunk, do not get in! You will make trouble for yourself and take someone else's life,", the minister appealed.
"These are human tragedies from which there is hardly any way out. Yes, the roads are bad, but the four years of political timelessness have led to a situation where we still do not have highways built that were started and there were funds allocated for their completion," added Mitov.
Daniel Mitov insists that the police be able to issue fines on the spot and if they are not paid, then the car should be stopped until it is paid. He explained that work is currently underway to develop a system so that people who have unpaid traffic fines cannot leave the country.
