"It is no coincidence that we from "Vazrazhdane" insisted that the vote be for corruption, because this is the cancer of the Bulgarian state. The current cabinet is a projection of a policy that has been followed in the country for more than 30 years. If I start governing the state tomorrow, and in three months I govern with the same people who governed before, who violated the laws - whose fault will it be? The people we comment on in our motives are people who were appointed before," said the leader of "Vazrazhdane" Kostadin Kostadinov in "Denyat ON AIR".
The government is currently continuing the corruption model of the kleptocratic state of Bulgaria after 1989, he emphasized.
Kostadinov announced to Bulgaria ON AIR that the next vote of no confidence will be submitted after May 1.
"There are many topics. We can talk about energy and the failure in the country's politics, we can talk about internal security. The most current topic will be the failure in the country's financial policy, because Bulgaria is currently facing bankruptcy. We have non-collectibility in the first quarter of income - it has never happened before", the leader of "Vazrazhdane" is categorical.
In his words, there are many problems: "There is no place in the state system that is not rotten".
Kostadinov pointed out that our state is falling apart before our eyes and people are dying because of this.
"Our roads are falling apart, our cities are falling apart, our hospitals are falling apart, the airports - everything is collapsing. We live in a bubble in which our rulers cheerfully report how we will enter the Eurozone and everything will be resolved. The brazen PP-DB, who are part of the government - we will not talk to them anymore. PP-DB is not the opposition. In this situation, the state is losing legitimacy in front of its own voters. They don't see the point of anything," the guest commented.
"We started to increase our support. On the first vote there were 52, on the second - 72. Everything is a matter of talks. This government is a function of political incest. Such governments fall either after political pressure or pressure from outside. There is a serious conflict between the new administration of Donald Trump and the EC. There is a trade war. Our country behaves as if this trade war does not affect it. The fight of "Vazrazhdane" is for Bulgaria to be an independent state," Kostadinov analyzed, adding that he expects foreign pressure.
The leader of "Vazrazhdane" expressed indignation at the changes in the Road Traffic Act, which are intended to limit the speed of traffic on the roads.
"Given that we do not have a road infrastructure that meets the standards of the 21st century, we cannot expect there to be no accidents. "94% of accidents and casualties occur on road sections that are not part of the highway network. The more highways there are, the fewer violations there will be, and the fewer victims there will be," Kostadinov is categorical.
