Some of the residents of the village of Bulgarian Spring insist on removing the newly placed restrictive stakes. They complained that the new traffic organization makes it difficult for them to access the smaller neighboring streets.
"There will be no reorganization of the republican road and the dividing stakes placed there will not be removed", was categorical regional minister Ivan Ivanov.
According to him, the stakes were placed there at the request of people who have relatives who died on the road. Regional Minister Ivan Ivanov inspected the construction of the Mezdra - Botevgrad expressway today, after which he was informed about the progress of the construction of Lot 1 of the "Hemus" motorway.
"These are the requirements and we comply with them, and stakes will be placed in many other places. The relevant projects are currently being made," announced Minister Ivanov, adding that he will be uncompromising in this regard.
He reminded that with the launch of Lot 1 of the "Hemus" motorway, traffic will be removed from the village.
The securing of the section began on April 9, and flexible limiters were installed 2 km from the road in the settlement to reduce the possibilities for risky overtaking in the section.
